Room was spotless and budget and fairly clean.
Perfect hotel, all of the staff were superbly friendly and welcoming, beautiful location close to the marina. Generous breakfast with fruit and meats and yogurts, personalised service. Great stay, as always.

The hotel is conveniently located to public transport.
I was appalled by the staff's lack of assistance. When I asked for help with my luggage, I received an eye roll and a dismissive response. The air conditioning was annoyingly ineffective. It couldn't keep my room cool, especially after a long day of sightseeing.

This fine hotel exceeded my expectations! The location above the metro made exploring Naples easy. Breakfast was a good array of fresh choices, accommodating even gluten intolerance. The really good staff, especially Miguel, ensured my stay was seamless, even helping with transport in Ischia. Truly a nice experience!
